Welcome to PetBuddyCentral! These Refund and Cancellation policy outline the rules and regulations for cancelations and refunds on the orders placed on our website. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website.

At PetBuddyCentral, we strive to ensure you and your pets have the best experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Returns: You may return a product within 2 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

  2. Exchanges: If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will exchange it for a new, identical item.

  3. Refund Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at buddy@petbuddycentral.com. After receiving your request, we will provide instructions on returning the item.

  4. Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days of receiving the returned item.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. However, please note that our products are sourced through our dropshipping partner, Modalyst, which may have their own order processing timelines. Therefore, if you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed by Modalyst, it may not be possible to cancel it, and you will need to follow our refund process as outlined above.
